When does my access start?

Immediately after payment. You’ll get a confirmation email with workspace setup.

Is there a free option to test before buying?

Yes—the Free plan lets you validate SDK integration and localization. Upgrade anytime without losing your work.

How are plans billed and renewed? Can I cancel?

Plans auto-renew monthly or annually based on what you choose. Cancel at least 30 days before the next term to avoid renewal. Fees are generally non-refundable (except where required by law or stated in our Terms).

Can I switch between monthly and annual or upgrade mid-term?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of your term. You can move between monthly and annual any time.

What counts as usage, and what happens if I exceed my limits?

A “localization API call” is a cloud request that returns a 6-DoF pose from a map. On-device tracking after localization doesn’t consume cloud calls. If you exceed plan limits, service continues and overages are billed at the listed rate; you can upgrade to reduce your effective rate.

Will I be warned before hitting limits?

Yes. Admins get automated threshold alerts (e.g., 70%, 90%, 100%). You can enable auto-upgrade or add capacity from billing.

Do unused calls or maps roll over to the next term?

No. Quotas reset at the start of each new billing term.

What payment methods do you support?

Self-serve purchases accept credit card. PO/invoice and net terms are available for Pro/Enterprise (subject to approval).

What support and reliability do I get with each plan?

Support scope, response times, and uptime SLA align to your selected plan (from docs/community up to priority support and enterprise SLAs on higher tiers).

How do you handle my data and privacy?

We process customer data per our Privacy Policy; a DPA is available where applicable. You can export your maps and project data at any time, and we honor standard deletion and retention practices after cancellation.
