Privacy
Effective Date: 16-November-2025

MultiSet AI Inc. (“MultiSet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your information when you access our website, use our software products, or interact with us in connection with our services. This policy applies to all information we collect from or about you through our public and private cloud offerings, support channels, and website. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the data our clients store or process within their own environments when using a client-managed (private cloud) deployment. This policy applies only to telemetry and operational data gathered by MultiSet and does not apply to personal or user content stored within the client’s infrastructure.
1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three primary ways: directly from you, automatically from your devices, and through our software’s visual and depth capture capabilities where applicable.

A. Information You Provide to Us: When you create an account with MultiSet or communicate with us, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and password. If you contact us through a support form, email, or other channels, we may collect your name, contact details, and the contents of your message. When you make a purchase or subscribe to a paid service, we collect payment details such as credit card numbers through our secure third-party payment processor. We do not store payment card data on our servers.

B. Information We Collect Automatically: When you use our website or cloud-hosted services, we automatically collect usage information, including the pages you visit, the links you click, and the time and duration of your activity. We also collect device information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and other identifiers. We use cookies and similar technologies to support login sessions, monitor service performance, and improve user experience.

C. Information from Visual/Depth Capture: In some of our software implementations—such as mapping, localization, or AR/VR-related services—we process visual and depth data collected from client-side cameras and sensors. This data may include images, videos, point clouds, or depth maps. The data is used strictly for technical purposes such as localization, 3D mapping, and rendering. In client-managed deployments, this data remains within the client’s environment unless the client explicitly transmits it to us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to deliver, maintain, and improve our services. This includes providing access to APIs, supporting your account, managing licenses, and enhancing the performance and security of our systems.

We use your contact information to send operational emails such as confirmations, service notices, technical updates, and administrative messages. If you subscribe to marketing communications, we may use your information to send product updates or announcements, and you may opt out at any time.

When you submit payment information, we use it solely to process your transaction and manage your subscription. We analyze usage patterns to identify performance issues, improve the functionality of our site and services, and detect misuse or unauthorized access.

We use visual and depth data only to support functionality such as localization, mapping, and similar services, and do not use such data for profiling or advertising.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with service providers who help us deliver our services, including payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and customer support platforms. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality.

We may disclose your information to comply with applicable law or legal process, such as a subpoena or court order, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure the security of our systems and users.
If MultiSet is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction.

We may also share your information with your consent or upon your direction, such as when you request a data export or integration with a third-party service.
4. Your Choices
You can update or delete your account information by logging into your account dashboard or contacting us at the email provided below. Most web browsers are configured to accept cookies by default, but you can set your browser to reject or delete cookies if you prefer. However, doing so may limit certain functionalities of the site or services.

If you receive promotional communications from us, you may opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us directly. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing messages, you will continue to receive transactional or administrative emails.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. This includes encrypted data transmission, limited access controls, and regular system monitoring. While we take data protection seriously, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete such information.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site and updating the effective date.
